Textlytics is a personal finance management tool that automatically tracks your expenses and income by analyzing: • SMS messages from banks and financial institutions. • Push notifications from payment apps (e.g., UPI, Wallets). The app uses these inputs to generate spending insights, charts, and reports. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% precision in capturing or categorizing every transaction.

To function, Textlytics requires read access to your SMS inbox and notification listener permissions. • Consent: By enabling these permissions, you authorize us to process this data locally on your device, remotely on our servers and third-party servers. • Scope: We only extract transaction-related data (amount, merchant, date etc). • Revocation: You may revoke these permissions at any time via system settings, but this will stop the app from reliable tracking.

Textlytics utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to categorize transactions and provide insights. • Processing: Transaction text is anonymized and sent to our secure AI provider for classification. • No Guarantee: AI predictions may occasionally be incorrect. You should always verify important financial records. • Data Training: Your personal financial data may or may not be used to train public AI models.

We collect and use device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) and utilize third-party analytics services to improve our app and marketing efforts. • Usage: This data helps us analyze app usage patterns, track performance metrics, and attribute marketing campaigns. • Control: You may opt-out of personalized advertising and certain analytics tracking through your device's system privacy settings.

Textlytics is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. • Not an Official Record: The app is not a substitute for your official bank statements. • Liability: BitKreativ is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data presented in the app, nor for any discrepancies between the app and your actual bank accounts.

• Device Security: You are responsible for keeping your device and the app secure. We recommend using the built-in Biometric Lock feature. • Updates: You are responsible for keeping the app updated to the latest version to ensure security and functionality.

The Textlytics app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to BitKreativ.

In no event shall BitKreativ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bitkreativ, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by: • Posting the updated Terms on this page. • Sending an email notification to your registered email address. • Updating the Terms within our website and applications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations fail, the disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bitkreativ regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
