Terms of Service

ArFlix is a mobile companion app that connects to media management and streaming servers you operate. The app provides: • A dashboard for the servers you configure. • Calendar and release tracking views populated from those servers. • Media detail and metadata views. • An in-app media player. • A history view of your server activity. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect data accuracy. Server availability depends on the infrastructure you operate and the third-party metadata sources we rely on.

ArFlix communicates only with the servers and services you choose to configure. • Your Servers, Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the lawfulness, configuration, security, and content of every server you connect to ArFlix. • Direct Communication: The app communicates directly from your device to your servers. BitKreativ does not act as a proxy, intermediary, host, or aggregator for your media or your servers. • No Endorsement: Configuring a server in ArFlix does not constitute an endorsement of that server, its contents, or its operator by BitKreativ. • Compliance With Your Local Laws: You agree to use ArFlix only in connection with servers and content that you have the right to access under the laws applicable to you.

ArFlix uses The Movie Database (TMDB) to enrich your library with metadata, artwork, and release information. • Attribution: Metadata, poster artwork, and related materials are provided by TMDB. ArFlix uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. • Accuracy: Metadata is provided as-is. BitKreativ is not responsible for missing, inaccurate, or outdated metadata returned by TMDB or any other third-party metadata source.

ArFlix uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage and crash data so we can improve the app. Analytics never include your server URLs, credentials, or media library contents. You may disable analytics at any time from the app’s privacy settings. We do not sell analytics data.

You agree not to: • Use ArFlix to access, distribute, or interact with content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law. • Use ArFlix to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or terms of service of any third-party service. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except as expressly permitted by applicable law. • Misrepresent the app or its outputs as official records of any third-party service.

• Device Security: You are responsible for keeping your device and the app secure. We recommend enabling the built-in Biometric Lock feature. • Updates: You are responsible for keeping the app updated to the latest version to ensure security and functionality. • Server Operations: You are responsible for the operation, security, and lawful use of any server you configure ArFlix to access.

The ArFlix app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to BitKreativ. Metadata, artwork, and related materials fetched from third-party sources remain the property of their respective owners.

ArFlix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall BitKreativ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: • your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the app; • the conduct, configuration, or content of any server you connect ArFlix to; • any third-party service ArFlix interacts with on your behalf; • unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or device.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BitKreativ, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the app, or the conduct or content of any server you make available through the app.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by: • Posting the updated Terms on this page. • Updating the Terms within our website and applications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations fail, the disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BitKreativ regarding the use of the app and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
